this handy little shelf to put food processor or bowl or plate to perch while the owners grabbing food in glass-fronted cabinets above. "There is no shelf on the side of the room, so this was very useful," said Burke.

At the corner far from the kitchen, it's a dumb waiter installed (after these photos were taken). It connects to the formal dining room upstairs. "I just hidden some shelves to the partition for dumb waiter, who now holds the bottle," said Burke.
Two rails on both sides to support multiple shelves, lined with spices owners love to cook curry. "They still really neat and tidy and love to have everything on the screen," he added. "They do not want to have to look for things. It is a lovely feature."

A single staircase serving all upper cabinets, with rails mounted below for support. "I made the stairs and rails of pine with walnut stain," said Burke. Brackets are brass polished to match the cabinets and drawer handles.
